ALUMINIUM GATES
Our aluminium gate range is manufactured in Ireland. Aluminium is a fantastic material to work with when making gates, due to its low weight, relative strength and hardiness. Our range of aluminium gates reproduces the most popular styles of traditional wooden gates, wrought iron and contemporary gates and as a material, aluminium is lighter than steel and wood, leading to less wear and tear on automation systems. It can come in any RAL colour you desire. It also has the benefit of not being prone to rust, corrosion or warping – and we are on hand to provide what little attention our aluminium gates need, as and when necessary.
STEEL GATES
At Malone Automation we supply and fit an extensive range of quality made bespoke steel and wrought iron gates manufactured here in Ireland. We supply all kinds of steel gates including single gates, double gates, garden gates, side gates, driveway gates, estate gates, sliding gates, bi-fold gates and security gates in a wide range of designs and styles. We cater for all budgets in the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors and work closely with our customers to the best value product available to meet their requirements. All our steel gates are galvanized and powder coated in your desired RAL colour.
SAFETY
Safety is paramount at Malone Automation and all our automated gates are fitted with safety features including Magic Eye style sensors to prevent any person or vehicle being injured or damaged by the closing gate and we can also fit sensitive edges for that extra peace of mind. AUTOMATE EXISTING GATES
Manual gates often remain open, allowing people and traffic to come and go. If you have a set of existing gates that you would like to automate, we will be happy to accommodate you and will be able to assess if your gates need any adjustments or if they’re ready to automate immediately.
Once the gate piers are in sound condition, parallel and undamaged, your gates should be suitable to have retrofitted automation. If not, then repairs can be undertaken – once again we will be able to advise you on all aspects of automating existing gates.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
To ensure the longest possible life and to ensure they continue to meet required safety standards, electric gates must be maintained and serviced. The Health & Safety Executive advises that automated gate and door systems should be serviced at least once per annum. This may vary dependent upon levels of use.
At Malone Automation our experienced engineers can repair, maintain, service or even upgrade an existing gate, garage door, vehicle barrier, or access control system.
A maintenance agreement will give you the reassurance that your electric gate is meeting current safety regulations and will work to its optimum level. Specific contracts can be tailored to meet your individual requirements, products and budget.
